● 1950’s home with dated cabinets, countertop and appliances. This is a typical 50’s home that the remodel that retains the original look of the home, but makes all a little more modern and opening feeling.

● Removed the soffits and a wall dividing the dining and kitchen area.

● Filled-in an un-used pass door to create more useable space.

● Master Built® hickory cabinets in a stain that compliments the existing woodwork in the home. The glassed cabinet above the window allows for display of treasured items.

● Deep drawers to give better and easier storage and microwave shelf is at a convenient height for the homeowner.

● The HD laminate countertop is an economical means to updating the new look but is a natural stone look.

● While necessity calls for a blind-corner cabinet; the new footprint centers the sink on the window allowing a more balanced look.

● The full height pantry allows excellent storage, and also gives the refrigerator a more-built-in look. It mirrors the pantry to the right and gives the room symmetry.
